Student from any stream.like scince / commerce / humanities ( arts ) are eligible for bachelors of business administration - BBA course. This is basically a commerce course but students who have cleared 12th or +2 or another equivalence from science / commerce / arts ( humanities) stream are eligible for BBA course.
