If you have filled the form wrong then you cannot make it correct but if you wnat to fill the form again then I suggest you  to fill the form with new email Id and mobile number and this time please ensure that all the information given by you is correct before submitting the form. Last date is 29th Februray 2020 so fill the form soon.
