After you are done with the admission process in one of the Govt. Engineering Colleges of Assam, you can submit an application in your respective college for transfer other colleges.

The transfer is based on CEE marks & PCM (same as the CEE counselling).

The application for fee is Non-Refundable.You can contact the College Administration for refunds in fees. Keeping the terms and conditions they will surely manage to help you out regarding this.
