The transfer is based on CEE marks & PCM (same as the CEE counselling).

Hello, There is a very less chance of getting any core branch or to branch in AEC for open category but if luck favors then you may get Instrumentation branch or Industrial and Production Engineering branch. If you are taking benefits of Category then you have few chances to get ACE Assam. Thank You.
The answer key is said to be provisional this is because one student can apply for challenging the answer key. So if any student challenge some question and if the answer is found to be correct then there will be change in the answer key. But this is subjected to a specific case, if there are no changes then the answer key will be the same.

As you have not mentioned the category so I am assuming you are from general category.
In 1210 rank in CEE Assam you don't have good chances to get admission in Jorhat Engineering College.
