IIT JEE is one of the most competitive exams in India. For cracking it includes a lot of hard work with smart work. Following are the books you can refer:

For mathematics:

Cengage learning series is one of the best one I prefer. It has a number of problems to solve which will help you. Apart from this, it is better to follow your institute's material too on par with it.

For physics:

Modern ABC is good for understanding the concepts well. For the objective purpose, HC Verma must be solved. HC Verma objective questions are quite tricky enough to tackle Jee problems. 

For chemistry:

GRB books consist of 3 sets of books I.e physical chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry. These books have a good explanation of the concept and there are many objective questions you can solve. 

Apart from these Arihant series also is a good one to follow. Though there are lots of books in the market I prefer these because the concept and problems go hand in hand. The preference for books may vary from person to person. You better choose which suits you the best and of your need. According to me, standard books with the institute's material are to be solved twice enough before you attempt your exam. Practice makes a man perfect. 

Though you have enough material to study, it's bad when you don't make use of it. So, whatever the material you have to make sure that you are clear with the concepts and first solve with the ones you have than searching for others.

Instead of focusing much on books try to focus on the concepts and developing probelm solving ability.

But books also plays a good role into it.

Now, as far as the scope of the question lied, i will mention the important book that you can follow:

• Maths:
  

1) For Algebra: Hall and Knight or SK Goyal. for basics try RD sharma

2) For Coordinate geometry: Keep assured with SK Goyal, its more than enough for JEE. I myself have read and solved the complete book of coordinate geometry from this book. Its really marvelous and believe me, i was strongest at the coordinate geometry just becaus eof this book.

3) For calculus: a) Differential calculus: Amit M aggarwal

                       b) Integarl calculus: RD Sharma: Thoroughly and then move to AMit M aggarwal.

4) Vector and 3D: Amit M aggarwal

for graphs follow, Playing with graphs, it really have covered all the concepts throughly.

• Physics:

HC Verma is the bible and then go on with your coaching institute's material.

• Chemistry:

1) Physical Chemistry: First step: NCERT and then either follow: P bahadur or N avasthi

2) Inorganic chemistry: NCERT is the bible for this and then solve from VK jaiswal.

3) Organic chemisty: make sure you clear your concepts very nicely and solve each and every questions of NCERT and then practice from either Solomon or you can aklso go for MS chauhan.

And Apart from all these give a lot and lot of Tests and appear fro the all india test series.
