On the basis of 2019 ranking , these are top 5 universities for pursuing bachelors in CSE ,

IIT Madras - Indian Institute of Technology
IIT Delhi - Indian Institute of Technology
IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology
IIT Kharagpur - Indian Institute of Technology
IIT Kanpur - Indian Institute of Technology

Mostly major recruiting companies are , Microsoft , Citibank ,Qualcomm ,EY, L&T Construction ,GE,EXL Analytics,Flipkart,Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd,American Express,HCL Technologies,RIVIGO Services Pvt Ltd,JP Morgan Services India Pvt Ltd,CSS Corp and ANI Technologiesa.
