In the NEET 2019 application form, you will have to fill the Academic details of both Class 10th and Class 11th.


Candidates are required to fill the following Academic details for Class 10th
Name of  School Education Board
Name of School/College
Address of the School/College
Year of passing
% of marks obtained in Class 10th.


Academic Details of Class 11th-

Name of the School/College
Year of Passing
Place of Study
State where Class 11th School/College is located
District where Class 11 school/college is located

Yes you willbe asked to fill all details of 10th marksheet andscores and colleges. 

Since student from NIOs board also do appky and hence its mandatory to add all relevant required details about past education and age and personal information  In application form.
