Thank u sir.. Can u help me with another question?  I have all necessary certificates but my problem is with residential certificate.. Since i am from chennao i have applied it befpre 10 days and it would take another 10 days to come....will they accept me for counseling without that and will tell them ill submit it later.....? 

Voter id is enough or should i bring any residence certificate from state government
