For getting All India Rank below 10 In AIIMS, Talking directly in terms of marks, one may require 160+ marks out of 200.

This is the basic estimate from the previous years trend and it may vary from year to year and paper to paper. But one thing is pretty much sure is that if you really work hard and in a smart way, you will surely get admitted in AIIMS for MBBS. 

So work hard and come up with flying colours.

There is no link in Gate and AIIMS exam so kindly tell what exactly you want to ask or in case you want to know AIIMS cut off then the cut off varies campus to campus so if you are interested in AIIMS Delhi then better to get 160+ as this would be safest score.
