JEE Main and JEE Advanced are the national level exams and are conducted for admission to Engineering courses in IITs. Candidates can appear for JEE Main exam after Class 12th.And, UPSC Civil Services exam can be taken after Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Both are different exams and for UPSC you don't need to clear JEE exams.
