I can understand your problem that due to this pandemic there is much ups and downs for student if you had not received your mark memo then yess its fine that you have uploaded your hallticket once get cleared from josaa official site josaa.nic.in and contact the members about your problem and get enquired from the heads . I dont think it would create any problem bcoz everyone is well versed with pandemic .
