Hello amit kumar .Don not take tension be calm just got to the jee advance format and check every detail like sometimes your format and the format in the guidelines are not same so it wont accept the certificate if it is so then you can use the converters to convert into the specific requirements and your task is over so be calm and first read the guidelines . If there is some technical error from NTAs side than you can contact them on there official contact information provided on there webside ( link mentioned below)
And if there something problem on your side than let me tell you that if you will not upload your category certificate than they can reject your application.
