Every College has reserved seats of upto 15% which come under management quota. For these seats you have to pay hefty fee ranging from 300000 to 650000 depending upon the field of interest
BMS also has these management quota seats for which you can apply even if you have not appeared or in case filled forms for any entrance exam

Comedk
Or any other state level exam
You pay the fee and get the admissions it is as simple as that
