If you are making income certificate for filling up the scholarship form/ fee concession than you have to provide income certificate of your guardian.to make income certificate online In aaple sarkar portal you have to register with your fathers id if he is your gaurdian and income certificate will be by his name. After registring to the portal when you start filling the information then in with other details section labharthi che nav you have to fill your name as you will be the beneficiary.
