According to the rules of government of India the amount excluding the amount of commutation will be taken into account for the purpose of Income Certificate. The pension will be assessed on the basis of the Pension Payment Order. so the candidate have to include the pension in income certificate. Hope this helps.

ReplyMy case is My father current job salary i.e of police is 46 thousand and a monthly pension from previous job as pension as he is ex army man . Of around 20thousand.
That makes it above 800k . Am I eligible ??
