So according to your rank in NEET that is 67,029 and you belong to ST category getting a MBBS government seat will not be possible because the government seats for ST category usually closed at 5,000-8,000 ranks.

You might still get BDS or AYUSH courses like in some states. You can also try in private colleges through management quota but the fees will be higher.
