No it is not necessary to have your own bank account in to fill the application form of MHTCET, you can use your parent's or anybody's account for the submission if form fees but I would suggest you to use either your account or your parent's account as it will be more secure because if any sort of problem occured in the transaction the amount will be transferred bank in your account.
