Hello,

For MPDTE (Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Technical Education) counselling , the OBC-NCL (Other Backward Class – Non Creamy Layer) caste certificate should be in the prescribed format by the state government of Madhya Pradesh .

• The certificate must be issued by a competent authority , usually from the Tehsil office (SDM/Tehsildar) .

• It should clearly mention Non-Creamy Layer status .

• The issue date should be recent , usually within the last financial year or as per MPDTE’s guidelines.

• In most cases, the Tehsil will issue the certificate in the standard state government format , which is accepted in counselling.

There is no special format provided separately by MPDTE . The state government OBC-NCL format issued by Tehsildar/SDM is accepted.
