Hi,
It is necessary that you upload both the passport and postcard size photos with your name and date on it along with other photo requirements as in format, visibility etc. But don't worry you will be notified if NTA finds any misinformation that doesn't match the requirement by a mail or message in your given valid mail id or phone number respectively. And you will get to correct the mistakes if any notified in the correction window which will be released on 15th January 2020 and will be available upto 31st January 2020.
