Hello Lakhsmi, Bachelors in Electronics and Commmunication Engineering is a very good course as per career prospects, it also has very good placement statistics. Since it all depends on your interest, you could settle for it but waiting for CSE would not hurt anything. Although CSE is often the top branch of any college, ECE is almost at par.

I would personally suggest you to wait for CSE if you are more interested in Computer Science rather than ECE.
