The passport size photograph and the postcard size photograph must be taken  on or after 01.01.2021 preferably displaying clearly the name of the candidate and the date of taking the photograph. The Photographs must not be with cap or goggles. The focus needs to be on the face and 80% of the face  must be covered in the photograph, ears clearly visible and white background. The passport size file size should be in between 10 kb to 200 kb and Post Card size photograph dimensions must be 4”X6” and  file size must be in between 10 kb to 200 kb. SO the photograph must be taken on or after January 1, 2021.
