As NEET 2021 photograph of the candidate should not be older than January 1, 2021 candidates should mention the name and date in the photo. NTA NEET photograph should have a plain white background. Ears of the candidate should be clearly visible in the NEET UG photograph and Photograph should mention the name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET 2021 application form on July 13 in an online mode on its official website neet.nta.nic.in. The last date to fill the NEET application form is August 6 till 11:50 PM.
