Hello,

If it is necessary and a required document then you have to submit it during document verification. if it is lost then make a new one. There is enough time for the counselling process and start of document verification process.

You have to prepare them before the date. Do it else your application may not get further processed even you have good score. Better not to take risk and make it soon.
