• Objective of Physics by DC Pandey
• Dinesh Chemistry guide
• Biology by Trueman

For MCQ practicing purpose MTG is the best for NEET. You can also go through Chapterwise-Topicwise of Arihant Publication. For biology you can follow Dinesh Objective Biology.

From my point of view  both publications are good and i wnat to add some new books for different subjects , they will help you to make a strong base and if you have joined coaching then you can rely on coaching notes.
First of all NCERT books should be on your fingertips and revise them properly.
Physics -
Hc verma vol1 and 2 - best books  for beginners and it has logical questions
Mtg publications - have formulas and ncert question answers in one place
Chemistry -
OP tandon - some chapters are best explained in this book
Mtg - wide range of mcqs
Biology-
Dinesh objective biology- it includes previous year medical questions
Mtg is as always the best for all subjects .
So dont go for more number of books as all have same matter and focus on solving questions .
