For neurologist course,what will have to do after MBBS?

Hi, 

  • After MBBS you can opt either opt for MD Medicine or MD Surgery.
  • MD medicine is a 3 year post graduate course which makes you a general physician and if you want to become a neurologist you hav to clear DM neurology. DM neuro is again a three year long programm. DM Neuro wll make you a nurophysician.
  • Look at MS surgery. Its is of 3 years and MS makes you a general surgeon. After MS you have to clear Mch neurology (3 years) . Mch  makes you neurosurgeon.
