Hello

Yes sure you can get a seat in OBC category in NEET 2021in any government college provided that you qualify the examination with around 12000 All India Rank (for this you can aim to get minimum around 580 to 590 in NEET) in All India Quota. For UP State Quota you can aim a rank around 15000 AIR. In colleges like Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad getting a arnk around 36000 AIr can get you a seat whereas Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College you can get in with a arnk around 50000 but I insist you to try to get a rank below 15000 AIR to get a seat in UP. Dear student,

It depends on the marks that you will get in the NEET 2021 Exam . If you score good, then definitely you can get a good Govt. MBBS College, otherwise you will not get such college. Below, I have provided a link of top Government MBBS Colleges in India. You can check each college individually and see its previous year cut-off for NEET Exam. By seeing this you will get an idea that, hoe much you have to score to get that college.

Hi

You have not mentioned your domicile state but your profile suggest that you are from UP so I am assuming it as your domicile state

Predicting the marks required to get a seat in a government medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then

In neet 2029 , 573 marks for obc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got a seat in a government medical college under UP State quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich

You can check the same at

But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.

So , you should try to get at least 600 marks or more in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side

To prepare well for your neet examination you can use our neet program for which link is provided below
