Hello,
To clear your very fundamentals for JEE mains for all three subjects of PCM, you must go through the NCERT books. These are the best books to clear your concepts and apply them in the higher level books.
For physical chemistry
  • Modern Approach to Chemical Equations by RC Mukherjee
  • Concept of Physical Chemistry by P Bahadur
  • Physical Chemistry by PW Atkins
For Inorganic Chemistry
  • Concise Inorganic Chemistry by JD Lee
For organic Chemistry
  • Organic Chemistry by OP Tandan
  • Organic Chemistry by Morisson and Boyd
