Concepts of Physics by H. C Verma and Physics by D. C Pandey both of them are equally very good books to refer from. 

To understand physics and to be able to solve each and every question a student has to be crystal clear with the concepts in it. I would suggest you to refer both of them and solve as many numerical as you can.

well! As you are NEET student so i would suggest you go through HC Verma , it's enough, well DC Pandey is so good it contains all type of level question, actually even by the if you want to score good in phyics first go through it will clear your all basics.

and it will helps you a lot.DC pandey is actually so good for engineering student still if you wish you can study but first complete hc verma .this is the basic book as well contains some high level advance questions especially hc verma example problem.
