If you are going to register yourself in Bar Council of India then you first of all you should have completed your graduation in LLB (3 years/5 years) from a BCI recognized institution.

At the time of enrollment in Bar Council of India you have to produce your LLB Degree as well as LLB marksheet for each and every semester/year. Once you get your original degree and marksheets then you can apply for enrollment in Bar Council of India and note that you have to submit the original documents along with the copy of those at the time enrollment and after verification original document will be returned to you.
