Hello Aspirant,

It is not at all a requirement to have an income certificate for M.A. admission, in case of SC students. Income certificate is required for the candidates those are applying whether through OBC non creamy layer or creamy layer.

However, if you want to apply for a scholarship, you may have to produce an income certificate for the same.
