hi,

see some times for same institute you may get two different choice code, it indicate the regular seat intake and Tuition fee waiver intake. however in this type of issue it would be best to contact with exam authority since, rules and regulations for counselling changes and updated every year. however I have mentioned mhtcet 2020, help desk no which you may find beneficial:
