For UPSC aspirant student which type of law in LLB 3 years course is better?

Hey.

There is no concept of "type of law" in a 3 year LLb course. Each institute offering a 3 year law degree has a similar course structure covering subjects like Constitution, IPC, CrPc, Family law, CPC, Business law etc. You will taught various subjects of law. Whereas LLM is a post graduate degree in which you can specialise in a specific area of law. 

If you wish to pursue UPSC then you will have an option to choose law as a subject which will cover the various Important subject of laws which you will do in your 3 year LLb course.
