In order to get admission into any of the Degree colleges in any state such as AP, you need to score the minimum number of marks or Score above the qualification Marks in the entrance examination, and there is no such Free Seat Criteria in any college.

The state government may have reserved some of the seats for the Home State Quota Candidates, but still you will have to score the minimum marks for Admission.
