Dear Shailendra, in 2018, under SC Category for State Quota, 393 marks secured a seat in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical sciences. But you can get a seat in few Private Medical Colleges like:

Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, Narketpally
SVS Medical College

Apart that you can get a seat in a Government Dental Colleg as well. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. The minimum marks to get into a government medical college in telangana for sc category ranges between 390-400. So I'm sorry to say but you won't be able to get admission in government college.

But yes you can get admission in any of the deemed private colleges in telangana.
