Hello. I would suggest you get in touch with Jee centre by mailing them or calling them.

Mail would be professional and will hold evidence. So mail them explaining your situation in detail and do attach the the debited amount receipt of your account which will show them the proof regarding the amount debited. Providing you the details , kindly refer it.
