The AIIMS paper had around 6-8 repeats direct/indirect from the previous paper. The overall repeats from 10 year would only reach a maximum of 20. It would be wise to spend some time in going through previous years' questions and solving them. It is not uncommon to find old questions being repeated in the upcoming medical entrance.

Previously many questions were repeated in NEET but from this year NTA is taking the exam so the chances of repeated questions are very less. Although you should solve all the previous year papers as the question pattern remains more or less similar.

If you have time, try solving JEE MAIN past 5 years Chemistry and Physics as they sometime repeat those questions in NEET. 

AIIMS seldomely repeats any question and that exam is known for its standard. Still solve all the previous year questions especially AR questions so you know the framework of the questions asked.
