There is not any specific form available for Holkar College or any other government college in MP.

For college registration you have to follow the process that I am explaining below.

After the 12th class results of all boards i.e. MP board, CBSE etc get out, you have to register for the college of your choice at MP Online Centres in your town/city.

Fill all the details in the registration form which they'll (centre-owners) help in filling up.

You will be asked for your choice of course you want to pursue and college you want to pursue it from.

(If you want to apply only for Holkar College, then you can choose it as a single choice, else you can choose any number).

Within few days you will get notification about your selection by the colleges which you can choose where you want to take admission in on MP Online website.

Remember to check the website regularly. You must have at least 80% in your 12th, then only you are likely to get selected.

If you get selected then arrive to the college within the time frame given, with necessary documents for verification and completing admission process.
