The application process for CS Executive exam form is given in a stepwise manner below:

• Visit the official ICSI login page at smash.icsi.edu. or click on the link give above

• Enter your username(Candidate’s registration number) and password on the next page.

• Select ‘Module’---> ‘Enrolment’, and then choose ‘Examination Enrolment Request’.

• Click on the ‘Add Enrolment Request’ option.

• Enter your details such as country, course, medium, etc. and click on ‘Next’.

• Verify your enrollment details on the next page. If all the details seem correct then click on ‘Confirm Application.

• Choose your preferred mode of payment and click on the ‘Make Payment’ option.

• After the Payment of CS executive examination fees is completed, your enrollment would be successfully submitted.
