open the official website of CBSE 

Now, scroll down the page and look for “Online Services”, will probably be available at the bottom of the site in left sidebar.

Check for “NEET (UG) – 2018 Rank Letter & NEET (UG) – 2017 Result”.

Click on any of those links and wait.

A new web tab will be open asking your NEET Roll number and date of birth.

Now, enter correct roll number and date of birth and then click on submit button.

Congratulations, you did it.
