Before practicing MCQs, it's required that you have a crystal clear concepts of the chapters involved and your base is quite consolidated.
For that, you would need a rigorous study of the NCERT Books for PCB and along with that any reference book for Physics and Chemistry to strengthen your base.
After attaining this, you would be required to solve MCQs.
Many people have varied opinions on this aspect and students too feel comfortable pertaining to a certain set of books.
Likewise, MTG publication often provides students with books that are at par with the question level of NEET.
You can but the chapter wise as well as year wise question banks and solve them in a time bound manner.
Lastly, it's better to be involved in some sort of Test Series to assess yourself at an All India Level.
