DAV Chandigarh offers BA, B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, B.Voc. under the UG Programmes list,the college also avails Diploma & PG Diploma courses in different disciplines of practical importance.



The application process conducted by the college is online.



Admission in UG programmes requires you to have passed 10+2 in relevant subjects from any recognised Board.



Selection  in any of these courses is strictly on the basis of merit and availability of seats.



The candidates in  these courses are selected on the basis of merit only.



Selection criterion depends upon the Academic merit along with the Written & Oral Aptitude Test conducted by the concerned department of the University.

M.Sc. (IT) admission requires candidates to have a BCA/ BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science/ Home Science with Mathematics/ Computing.



The candidates in both these courses are selected on the basis of merit only.



For MA, the candidates must possess a graduate degree in Arts/ Commerce/ Science with minimum 40% marks.



Selection criterion depends upon the Academic merit along with the Written & Oral Aptitude Test conducted by the concerned department of the University.



M.Sc. Physics/ Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Zoology/ Mathematics requires a graduate (Hons./ General) degree in relevant subject with minimum 50% marks.



Admission in PG Diploma courses requires candidates to have secured a bachelors degree in any stream from any recognised University/ Institution.



The candidates are selected on the spot on the basis of First-come-first-served.
