Gate exam is for higher studies, for postgraduation. The btech engineering students give the gate exam to get admission into ME/MTech/phd course in different fields. IIT Bombay is going to conduct the GATE 2021. GATE 2021 will be conducted to screen the candidates either to offer admission into M.E./M.Tech/PhD at the IITs, NITS, IIITs and CFTIs or to recruit them in PSUs
