Maybe some details were unfilled. There are certain mamdamand entires like name, email , phone number etc . Check if you have filled those or not

Yes evrythng is alrt mam.My problem is after downloading previous 2 yrs sample papers it is not opening.why?

I fulfill all details and payment done by my account but when see the form that again also show payment that do payment

Change the file format to the one which is suitable to your device , phone or laptop , you can make it a word doc or PDF , anything compatible to you.
