Gate score 388 CIVIL ENGINEERING (GENERAL CATEGORY). In CCMT should i apply only for thr special rounds ehich will happen after the round 1,2,3 or should i apply for round 1,2,3 also in this score.

Hello,

To be honest with such score it is very difficult to get seat in any NIT/GFTI.You need to have 550 or above GATE score to have decent chances of getting seat in a NIT or GFTI.Spot round is conducted only if there are vacant seats available.A list of vacant seats will be released after the concluding round-1,2,3.It is difficult to get seat even in spot round, depends on the seats available and your preferences.You may participate but there are very less chances of getting seat.Cut off may increase or decrease.
