Hii Satyendra...With this rank you will not get a good college for doing mtech. Selecting a college under only scholarship category is really bad. What i suggest is work hard and do well enough this time and make into a good college. until then if your parents blame on you for being free at home. teach other people what you know and pays you and which should mainly increase your thinking skills.
