Some of the old  IITs like IIT Knpur has the cut off score in the range of 700-800.In that case you may find difficulty .

Signal processing :720

RF & Microwaves: 700

Power engineering: 770

With this Score it will be difficult to get old IIT's(top 7 ) for Mtech but you can get IIt BHU with this Score, the next good IIt after the top 7.

You can get various IIt's including the top 7 for the indisciplinary courses. So, you can apply for any of the courses.
