Definitely you can get CSE at following colleges under BCECe at this rank in 2nd round :

BCe Bhagalpur
Shershah college of engineering
Supaul college of engineering
Saharsa college of engineering.

How he will get BCE Bhagalpur at this rank?don't panic my friends as I told earlier u will get college not in first round but definitely in 2nd/3rd round.and yes this rank predictor is giving false information don't go with this.u will get new college like Saharsa,madhepura,Banka,begusarai,suppaul.Many seats will vacant after first round.

for CSE u have quite high chances wait for 2nd round result.as I told u earlier u will get one seat definitely.becoz many seats are there in bcece colleges and after 1st round many top rankers will left.
