Having said that, you can't be so sure that you will get this college as the cut offs are expected to increase this year. So, for actual cut offs you can wait.
Apart from GOVT medical college Rajnandgaon, as per last year you are eligible for one more college - Late Shri Lakhi Ram Agrawal Memorial GOVT Medical College - whose cut off was exactly 470.
