Individual cutoffs for JEE Advanced haven't released yet.So we can just predict your chance on the basis of previous year cutoffs. In 2017 , the individual cutoff for each subject for obc catrgory was 10 .And in 2018 , it was 11 .And there are no or very least chances of this indivudual cutoff dropping to 9 this year. Infact , it is expected to be 12 this year. So , it is clear that your chances of clearing individual cutoff are very less..
