There is no free seats available no matter how much your rank and qualification is. You can apply for top and best college using your rank but there is no free seat. There are ways where you can get financial help which will make you pay less from your pocket for studies.

1. You can apply for TFW which will make you eligible not to pay tution fees every year but you have to pay rest part of the fee structure. In fee structure, tution fee has high amount.
2. You can apply for scholarships given by your college, state government, central government which will help you to some extent.
3. There are many challenges which is organized by government and companies who give reward in the form of money. Participate them and give you best. learn to give your best. it will surely help you.
